Keto Chocolate Shake Video and Recipe

 Recipe:
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of ice
1 tablespoon coffee (I use decaf)
1-2 tablespoons cacao powder (I use HealthWorks which uses fair trade when available.)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons of almond butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia extract
1/2 teaspoon gelatinized maca root (for balance and an energy boost)
2 tablespoons protein powder (I use collagen which is great for joints!)Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy.For Adam and myself, I add our ionic magnesium to it as well.
For those of you just starting magnesium, I recommend starting with 1/4 teaspoon taken at night and building up slowly to 1/2 teaspoon taken twice a day.
