Magnesium for the Ladies

This one’s for the ladies. Menstruation isn’t much fun for anyone. Some of us suffer worse than others. Personally, I’d always fallen in the middle. The first day or night was always awful. I either couldn’t  sleep or couldn’t concentrate at work feeling cramped and bloated. Ibuprofen helped but I’d rather not take a pain killer every month. Willow bark tea helped too. It was a bit longer lasting and with less annoying side effects. I’ve tried everything from cutting out alcohol to eating liver a couple days before but only recently have I seen marked and consistent progress. Since I’ve been taking 1/2 a teaspoon of ionic magnesium twice a day my discomfort has been decreasing every month.
